The Financial Markets Office offers Dutch and international financial market parties a single point of contact.
This way it will be possible to respond quickly and effectively to questions regarding regulations, policy and general information relating to the financial markets in the Netherlands. The establishment of a single point of contact is in line with the objective of strengthening the conditions for business development for financial institutions in the Netherlands.
The Financial Markets Office is a joint initiative of the Dutch Ministries of Finance, Economic Affairs, Social Affairs and Employment, the Ministry of Justice and the Dutch Tax Administration, De Nederlandsche Bank (the Dutch central bank) and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM
