Cooperation between HFC and Responsible Investor

On 4 and 5 October 2011, ESG Europe will take place in the Amsterdam Hilton Hotel. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) covers the entire field of socially responsible investment. ESG Europe 2011, which is being organised by Responsible Investor, is seen as one of the most important international conferences on the issues of socially responsible entrepreneurship, corporate governance and non-financial company information. This is the second time that Responsible Investor has chosen Amsterdam as the venue, due to the leading position of Dutch investors in Finance & Sustainability. HFC will be represented by a speaker, stand and the Who’s Who in Financing Sustainability brochure?

In addition, interviews with speakers will be recorded for inclusion in the FSinsight web portal that is to be launched before the end of November. This portal, which focuses on finance and sustainability, is an initiative of HFC, the University of Tilburg and Duisenberg School of Finance.
HFC, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation, The Dutch Pension Federation, Robeco, PGGM, SNS and Sustainalytics all support Responsible Investor, as do major international companies such as Goldman, Hermes and S&P. HFC will also send a delegation to Responsible Investor events in New York and Singapore.
